Mission Awareness Day!

Hi All,

On Saturday evening, April 25 we will have our Mission Awareness Day!  We will have Mr. Joe Moran from Charlotte to give us short presentation on “Church World Service” (CWS) Organization.

The Cropwalk is one of the CWS Mission we support! (CWS Youtube Videos)

Ellen Ramsey will have a display table setup featuring other ways we can get involved with missions!

I want to commend each of you for an excellent job that you do, to ministry to the needs of others!  We are a small membership church with a BIG HEART!

The UMW last night voted to help Rankin and Brightwood Elementary Schools.  The UMM are already supporting Joyner Elementary and Allen Middle Schools!

We are also involved with the Potter’s House, InAsMuch Ministry and Blessed Table Food Pantry!  So on Saturday evening, we would like to say thank you by inviting you to come and have dinner on the church. We want every member to donate $60.00 for our Mission Offering!

I have listed on the bulletin the missions that this money will go to support. Some of our UMM will be at Lake Junaluska, I am asking you yto leave your donation with us before you go!

Thank you in advance for you all support!

Joy and Peace!

Pastor
